Installation of, or help installing, a custom firmware compatible with your ASIC, once the model and target version are confirmed.

  • Current firmware, or the custom firmware you want if your request involves a software installation.
  • Logs, failure history and recent changes.
  • Relevant photos or videos, if available.
  • Full address for a shipping estimate.
  • First and last name, phone number and contact email.

Before You Ship Your Hardware

Do not ship a miner or hashboard without prior approval. Shipping costs, turnaround times and feasibility depend on the model, the condition of the machine, the country it ships from, the target firmware and parts availability.
