1. About us

ordinaminingshop.com is operated by ORDINA US INC ("OMS", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

3. Products and information

We describe products as accurately as possible using manufacturer data. Specifications (hashrate, power draw, efficiency) are nominal and may vary within the manufacturer's tolerance; some photos are for illustration only. You are responsible for checking, with a qualified electrician, that power supplies, cables, PDUs, cooling and your installation are compatible.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Full payment is required at checkout, including for preorders, using the payment methods offered. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Order acceptance

Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example for availability, fraud checks or export restrictions) and will refund you in full.

6. Preorders

Full payment is taken at checkout; batch and dispatch dates are estimates and manufacturer delays can occur; preorders cannot be cancelled once confirmed (see our Refund Policy).

7. Volume quotes

Quotes are valid for the period stated and subject to availability.

8. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page and in our Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, no other warranty, express or implied, is given, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Mining profitability

Our profitability calculator and any revenue or ROI estimates are for information only and are based on network data and your inputs. Actual results depend on factors such as network difficulty, cryptocurrency prices, electricity cost, pool fees and uptime, and are never guaranteed. Cryptocurrencies are volatile. OMS is not responsible for your mining revenue or losses.

11. Installation and safety

ASIC miners are high-power equipment that produce significant noise and heat. Installation must comply with local electrical codes and the manufacturer's instructions, especially for hydro and immersion models. OMS is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost mining revenue.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify OMS against claims arising from your misuse of the products or your breach of these Terms.

14. Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including those on cryptocurrency mining, energy use and imports. Our products may not be exported to countries or parties sanctioned by the United States.

15. Intellectual property

Site content belongs to OMS or its licensors. Manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Otherwise, the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your state of residence.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you place your order applies.
