  • Exact miner model, hashrate, power draw and cooling type.
  • Quantity, destination country and preferred timeline for a quote or bulk order.
  • Order number if the product was purchased from OMS.
  • For a failure: symptoms, logs, photos, videos or the error message shown.
  • Parts needed: fan, PSU, PDU, cable, adapter, control board or hashboard.
