How It Works
- For a repair or a technical issue, first open a Technical Support Request so we can review your miner before the call.
- Choose a 30-minute slot in our booking calendar. Calls are available Monday to Friday, 2–8 pm Central Time (America/Chicago); the calendar shows the times in your own time zone.
- You receive a Google Meet invitation by email.
