Terms at a Glance
Our hosting agreement is short and the same for every client. The essentials:
12 monthsInitial term, renewed yearly unless either side gives 60 days' notice.
2 monthsElectricity deposit at signing, credited against your last invoices.
$100 / minerOne-time setup: unpacking, inspection, racking, network and pool configuration.
MonthlyInvoice for the kWh actually consumed, issued 2 to 5 days after month end, due on receipt.
Shipping to the site is organised and insured by you; we receive, inspect and report any damaged unit before it goes online.
Repairs outside warranty are quoted first and done only with your approval, at our published repair rates.
The site carries general liability insurance; your machines themselves are covered by your own policy if you wish to insure them.
Hosting is invoiced directly by ORDINA US INC and paid by bank transfer or in USDC / USDT. It is not sold through the online checkout, which is reserved for miners, parts and tools.
Can I host miners I did not buy from Ordina Mining Shop?
Yes. Ship them to the site you choose; we check each machine on arrival and tell you if a repair is needed before it goes online.
Which miners can be hosted?
Air-cooled ASIC miners from Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan and other manufacturers listed on this site in Texas and Missouri; water-cooled (hydro) miners on the new African hydro site.
Do I keep control of my pool and payouts?
Yes. You choose the pool and the payout address, and you can change them at any time. Rewards never pass through us.
What happens when the grid curtails power?
You only pay for the hours your miners actually run: the invoice is reduced in proportion to any downtime caused by the power supply.
What happens when a machine fails?
Our on-site team diagnoses it and repairs it on the spot when possible, after your approval for anything outside warranty.

Yes, by appointment: contact us and we will schedule your visit with the site team.
